These Terms govern the use of the Pushd® app and its services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to this agreement.

Pushd connects brands or partners (“Partners”) with users (“Users”) who agree to receive messages or notifications on their devices. In return, Pushd credits monetary amounts to the User’s account in accordance with the rules of each campaign.
Current model: cash withdrawals only.
Users must be at least 18 years old, register with accurate and truthful information, and keep their login credentials secure. Pushd may suspend or close accounts that contain false, duplicate, or fraudulent information.
This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. If access is ever extended to users aged 14–17, verified parental consent and limited profiling features will be required.
The following actions are prohibited: unlawful activities; violation of third-party rights; impersonation; data scraping; exploitation of vulnerabilities; system interference; bypassing controls; or publishing or promoting illegal, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene content. Pushd may suspend or terminate accounts and notify authorities when applicable.
6.1 Accrual
Pushd credits amounts for eligible actions (for example: receiving or opening messages, completing a profile, maintaining sustained activity, valid referrals, or specific campaigns). The rules and amounts may vary by campaign or Partner and will be displayed within the app or campaign landing page.
6.2 Display and Adjustments
Users can view their balance and transaction history within the app. Pushd may adjust balances in cases of manifest errors, fraud, chargebacks, or misuse, and will inform the user of the reason. The balance displayed in the app is for reference only. In the event of discrepancies, the Pushd Ledger shall prevail as the authoritative record. Pushd may recalculate, correct, reverse, or offset transactions arising from technical errors, chargebacks, or fraud, which may result in negative balances and the obligation to return improperly withdrawn funds.
6.3 Cash Withdrawal
Minimum withdrawal: CLP $5,000.
Processing time: up to 30 calendar days on a best-effort basis, which may be reasonably extended in cases of high demand or operational incidents (users will be informed via the app or email).
Verification: Pushd may require KYC verification (for example: identity confirmation or proof of account ownership) before processing.
Payment methods: bank transfer or other methods enabled within the app.
Operational costs: if applicable, these will be displayed before confirming withdrawal.
6.4 Account Closure and Remaining Balance
Balances do not expire while the account remains active. If a user deletes their account, they will lose access to any unwithdrawn balances, as the information necessary to process payments will be deleted. Pushd recommends withdrawing any balance prior to account deletion.
6.5 VAT Treatment and Withholdings
All amounts shown in the app as “earnings,” “balance,” or “accumulated amount” are expressed as net values, with VAT and other applicable taxes already deducted and withheld in accordance with Chilean law. Pushd acts as an intermediary between the advertiser and the user, performing all applicable tax withholdings, including VAT and other taxes as required. In the event of regulatory changes, Pushd may adjust the amounts, withholdings, or related procedures and will inform users accordingly. Each user is responsible for declaring income according to their own tax situation.
There is no monthly limit to referrals. Spam and deceptive practices are prohibited. Pushd reserves the right to review and void rewards in cases of fraud, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or violations of published rules. Pushd may require proof of genuine activity from referred users before crediting rewards.
Messages and campaigns are the responsibility of the Partner who issues them. Pushd may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
The Platform and its contents are owned by Pushd or its licensors. Pushd grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, provided they comply with these Terms.
User Content (if applicable): users retain ownership of their content but grant Pushd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. Users may delete their content except for backup copies and cases where retention is legally required.
Pushd does not guarantee continuous service availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn, and updates may be released. Material changes that significantly affect users will be communicated with reasonable prior notice.
In cases of technical errors, duplicated events, or incidents that affect the display or calculation of balances, Pushd may reprocess events, remove duplicates, or adjust balances based on its Ledger. Pushd shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from technical issues or failures caused by third parties.
Pushd applies risk controls, identity verification, operational limits, freezing of suspicious balances, and other anti-fraud measures. Bypassing or attempting to circumvent such controls may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any benefits obtained fraudulently.
The processing of personal data is governed by Pushd’s current Privacy Policy (privacy@pushd.xyz for rights inquiries). Pushd adheres to the principles of Chilean Law 21.719, the GDPR, and Brazil’s LGPD.
Pushd may contact users through the app, email, or notifications for operational matters. Direct marketing communications require prior consent or will respect the user’s right to object.
Consumer protection rights apply. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (i) Pushd shall not be liable for indirect damages or unforeseeable loss of profit; (ii) nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Users may close their account at any time via the app or by contacting support. Pushd may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if fraudulent activity is detected, or if the service is discontinued. Where legally possible, Pushd will inform users of the reasons and handle any remaining balance according to section 6.
Pushd may modify these Terms and will notify users of material changes through reasonable communication channels. If a user does not accept the updated Terms, they may stop using the service and request account closure. The current version will always be available in the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Jurisdiction: courts of Santiago. [Optional] Free preliminary mediation may be offered without affecting users’ non-waivable consumer rights.
